How the ESA Process Works

  1. Apply for ESA funds through the Wyoming Department of Education (applications open May 15 and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis).

    https://edu.wyoming.gov/parents/education-savings-accounts/

  2. ESA funds are paid directly to the school on a quarterly basis.

  3. We will invoice you monthly for your remaining tuition balance.

  4. You may use ESA funds for other approved educational expenses, but this may increase the amount you owe toward tuition.
